The Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Assessment Only course assesses your knowledge and skills to perform CPR on a person who is unconscious and not breathing normally. You will be assessed performing CPR on an adult and an infant manikin, including the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

In this course, students complete a mandatory eLearning module and a one-hour face-to-face assessment, under individual supervision of an accredited assessor.

The link to the eLearning will be provided to you via email once your booking has been confirmed. If you do not receive this link, please contact us, as you will not be able to undertake the face-to-face assessment without completing the eLearning. You will need to bring evidence of completing the e-learning with you to the classroom.

Assessment is through a combination of practical activities and a written test paper. You will be required to demonstrate CPR on a manikin on the floor.
